In the conventional GF-E type packer of our company, the cut gate method caused metal wear at the sliding part, which posed a risk of foreign matter contamination, albeit in very small amounts. However, in this machine, there is no contact with rotating shafts or other components seen in conventional packers, and there is no friction between metals; instead, it employs a mechanism that allows for bagging solely through natural gravity flow. The cutting section adopts a swing method, and by filling with powder or granules, it has a structure that stops the flow using the pressure of the powder itself.
